The Problem

As a freelance artist who also works with graphic design I have been asked many times about website design. Coming up with a new webdesign isn't a problem. You can buy templates fairly cheaply and in fact I have many copies of unused website designs on my hard drive. The problem for me wasn't designing the websites, but coding the website was a pain! I wanted an easy software solution.

Other software

I've tried many different website designing software packages, including Dreamweaver, Front Page, and SiteGrinder, (not to mention all those I've looked at but didn't try). Each software had it's ups and downs. Dreamweaver was for the technically astute- the heavy coding pro. I'm not a fan of Frontpage. Sitegrinder is a unique program for the designer extraordinaire that builds sites totally from the design perspective through Photoshop... but I just wasn't satisfied with how much work each page took to make. They all worked- but I wanted a powerful software program to easily design, create, and upload my websites. And then I found the solution. I wanted a software package that could easily create web pages from the first steps to the last... and when I came across XSitePro I was curious. To me time is money. I downloaded their software and started plugging away, testing it with every web design problem I tend to come across. I can say assuredly that after a 2 hour tutorial (included with the software) I was creating some awesome websites with imbedded video, picture galleries, and more. Not only did it make building websites easy- it includes plenty of options for me as a serious designer. And if THAT wasn't enough, it comes with a couple hundred of the coolest templates. Honestly, I'm in love with this great product (it also has an affordable price tag).
