About me - Jeramiah Townsend My name is Jeramiah Townsend and I've been drawing for over 20 years.

I've spent pretty much my entire life drawing. I went to art school, and have been self-employed as an artist.

I work full time as an accountant and business consultant. As such it's my job to constantly analyze how business operate and find ways for them to be more productive and more efficient. This gives me a unique viewpoint when it comes to teaching others how to make money with art.

I stayed away from drawing for a while because I just couldn't figure out a way to make money with drawing. I guess I had some sort of mental block. I figured it was a nice hobby but it would never pay the bills- and I had bills to pay. Once I found out how to make money with drawing and once I understood That God has a purpose for art I spent a lot more time drawing. Now I draw, do graphic design, create websites, teach art classes, and draw caricatures on a regular basis.

I love my family. My wife and I have 4 children whom we homeschool. I try to spend as much time as possible with them. If you are interested in home schooling, please contact me, I would love to hear from you. Also make sure to look into HSLDA if you are interested in Homeschooling.

I also sing, play guitar, occasionally write, read historical novels to my children every night (Henty is a favorite), and I already mentioned I work full time as an accountant and business consultant at my families business (see websites here, here, and here). I have worked in many different fields, including welding, locksmithing, construction, art, graphic design, and the restaurant business. I have been self-employed as an artist, handy man, and contractor. I love working with my hands. Oh- and I love the idea of farming. If that's not a little bit of everything - I'm not sure what is... but like the proverb says "When you plant, plant many crops because you don't know what will grow."

I've created the Farmington, NM and Durango CO Christian business listing (www.biz4him.com) and I am in the middle of trying to rebuild the site to be more beneficial... but there's only so much time in one day.

The most important thing to know is that I'm a Christian. When I was about 16 God really changed my life. I used to be totally messed up - and if anyone reading this knew me back then- I'm sorry, please forgive me. I had a lot of issues in my life, but thankfully God changed me, and is still working on me today.
